Control & Distribution Boards
Switchboards are the Lifeline to your Power Distribution system. ‘Cyclo’ switchboards offer a high degree of flexibility, economy & operational convenience. The Switchboards are fabricated out of cold rolled cold annealed ( CRCA) sheet steel. The front and rear doors are duly gasketed for withstand of the required Ingress Protection. ( IP)
The boards are of modular design with the frame structure of folded sheet rigidly bolted together. The Bus Bars are of high conductivity aluminium alloy (Grade E91E as per IS:5082) of adequate cross section to ensure low temperature rise.Busbars with EC grade Copper sections suitable for operating at higher ambient / lowoperating temperatures can also be offered against specific requirements.
Our boards facilitate ease in termination as they are provided with adequate depth for cabling & termination and are also easily extendable for future increased loads.

Cyclo’ switchboards are field proven for over 3 decades in operation within core sectors such as Refineries, Mines, Cements, Atomic Energy, Ordnance factories, ISRO, NTPC, BHEL, ABB etc.,
Type Tests conducted on our Switch Boards at CPRI Bangalore:
- Short Circuit Test - 65 KA @ 415 V & 26.3 KA
- Temperature Rise Test
- Degree of Protection Test : IP42, IP 54, IP56 etc.,
- Seismic Qualification Test as per IEEE Std 344-1987
Superior Finish:
All ‘Cyclo’ switchboards are powder coated with a minimum thickness of 60 microns to ensure a fantastic finish with smoother surfaces and excellent coverage of corners and crevices. The process involves a 7 tank pre-treatment, electrostatic powder spraying and oven drying for an even, scratch-free, corrosion resistant, aesthetically appealing finish..
